There are various documents relating to The National Review of Live Art in Glasgow, where a 'Blue' concert took place, including a flyer, an information sheet, a street plan of Glasgow and details of hotels. There is also correspondence with Jill Scott at 'new moves' about a contract for the concert in Glasgow, including a letter of agreement. Other items related to the 'Blue' concert in Glasgow include an invoice for expenses, a floor plan [possibly of The Arches, the venue of the concert] and a customer claims form seeking compensation for a late train. Also present are details of accommodation and travel for the performers, including photocopies of train tickets.

Other documents in this file relate to the Lisbon concert. There is correspondence with Sabino Martiradonna, who organised and promoted the 'Blue' concerts in Europe, about dates for the concert and requirements for the concert including equipment lists, stage requirements, details of the musicians and participants and their fees.
