TitleEntrance Forms (Applications)
DescriptionA series of entrance forms submitted by prospective students to the School of Metalliferous Mining (incorporating Camborne School of Mines). Forms capture details of applicants name, address, name of parents or guardians, previous schooling or employment and academic attainment, although how complete these details are varies from form to form.

Forms are often accompanied by a covering letter by the applicant or references or testimonials relating to character or performance as a student or employee. Claim for exemption forms may also accompany these applications. These serve to mitigate the amount of study required by the applicant usually based on comparative previous study or relevant experience gained through employment.

Not all applicants went on to study with Camborne School of Mines full time basis or at all and are therefore not included in the Admissions registers for this period.

Forms are arranged by years.
