DescriptionTwo saddled camels sit in the market square at Tougourt. One is partially obscured by the other, which sits in the centre midground of the photo. The camels are officers' 'mehari' (riding) camels. In the background is a structure stretching from one side of the image to the other with a series of arched openings on its facade; in the centre of the structure is a dome. The photo has been obstructed a little in the bottom left corner.
