Admin History | Jonathan Richard Huthwaite Crusoe, writer, was born in Kuwait in 1953. He was a journalist for the 'Middle East Economic Digest' (MEED), working as a newspaper monitor between 1976 and 1977, writing a column on Kuwait, and specialising in Iraq from 1979-1991. He was killed in a car accident in 1991.
