DescriptionThis small collection contains six cassettes and one reel-to-reel tape of field recordings made by Dr Peter L Shinnie of the Nubian language Mahas, together with research notes and correspondence, including key word lists relating to the Mahas [or Nobiin], Kunuz [or Kenzi] and Dongalawi languages.
