| Description | Comprising mainly papers recording the vows of profession in religion of sisters in Lisbon in Portugal, dated and signed. The majority of the vows are recorded in English, Latin or both English and Latin. Several vows are recorded in Portuguese. This sub-series also includes the vows of four sisters professed in Peckham, London during an ultimately unsuccessful attempt by the community to return to England in 1809. Several vows are decorated.
