- A settlement between William Theed, Thomas Pearson and Francis Jennings, dated 6 October 1753; a release , an indenture between Edward Goding and the Reverend John King, dated 27 September 1794; and the probate of the will of Mrs Betty Hawkins, dated 15 April 1920, all concerning property in Bedfordshire [it is unclear how these items relate to Syon Abbey, a possible connection with Dora Martyn?];

- Notebook containing an inventory [?] of furniture and household items, including carpets, stools, and a sewing machine, c 19th century [possibly an inventory of the contents of the abbey in Spetisbury or Chudleigh];

- Pamphlet entitled 'Exhibition Catalogue of Loan Laces, Antique and Modern. Chudleigh, November 10th. 1903', including an inserted manuscript document entitled 'List of lace sent from Syon Abbey Chudleigh'. The pamphlet and the document list the laces in ownership of the community that were sent to be exhibited at the exhibition in Chudleigh.
