- Form of enrolment to the Archconfraternity of the Guard of Honour of the Sacred Heart in the Church of the Visitation Holy Mary, Roselands, Walmer, Kent, England, dated 1890;

- Manuscript notebook in Sister Mary Teresa Jocelyn's hand, containing notes, including diary entries for 1888, 1890, 1891, 1912, and 1929;

- Manuscript notebook in Sister Mary Teresa Jocelyn's hand, containing 35 pages of notes on diary entries of the abbess Sister Mary Magdalen [Clara] Heys, entitled 'Copied from Lady Abbess Magdalen Hay's diary written in pencil for the year 1894'. It also contains diary entries for 1910 and 1913;

- One loose page of manuscript diary entries dated 01 January to 16 January 1902;

- Manuscript notebook in Sister Mary Teresa Jocelyn's hand, containing notes on historical and spiritual matters;

- Copy affidavit, dated 1901;

- Notebook marked faintly in pencil: 'Diary 1902, Sr Veronica Heath's [?]death'. The majority of the notebook is written in Sister Mary Teresa's hand and contains: notes in Latin; titles and dates of books; diary entries for 1 January to 29 April 1902; and notes on the words spoken by a nun on her death, presumably Sister Mary Veronica [Winifred] Heath (c 1924);

- Addresses given to the abbess Sister Mary Teresa Jocelyn by the community on the occasion of the renewal of her profession vow on 10 September 1905 and the jubilee of her profession in 1921;

- One rolled certificate of thanks from the community to Sister Mary Teresa, brightly painted and decorated with an image of a Bridgettine nun, signed by the sisters of Syon Abbey, and dated 1921;

- A booklet entitled 'Bridgettine Breviary Bouquet', given to Sister Mary Teresa Jocelyn on her 'Bridal Day' [anniversary of her clothing, also known as taking the habit] in 1923 by seven members of the community;

- A card presented to Sister Mary Teresa Jocelyn on her Golden Jubilee c 1936 and signed by all members of the community. Also contains two inserted documents: a typescript poem entitled 'I Offer Thee' and a song entitled 'Lady Abbess' Golden Jubilee';

- Two manuscript poems composed for Sister Mary Teresa by the community on her 'natal day' [birthday] and the Feast of St Teresa, both dated 1923.

- A booklet entitled 'Little Canticles of Love', given to Sister Mary Teresa by the community on 'Our Lady's birthday' in 1927.
Admin HistorySister Mary Teresa Jocelyn was elected as abbess of the community in 1897 and again in 1909, before being elected as perpetual abbess in 1920. She died in 1946.
