- Bundle marked 'Correspondence re Sale of Garden Cottage to Mr John Morrish' comprising correspondence, mainly with Tozers Solicitors, relating to the sale of St Joseph's Cottage in South Brent and surrounding land, but also including two plans of the Marley estate, and two plans of the 'London-Penzance trunk road A38 Dry Bridget-South Brent Improvement', dated 1965-1972;
