- Four booklets entitled 'Estimate No. 2. for Alterations and Additions to Marley House, South Brent, Devon' and four booklets entitled 'Estimate No. 3. for Alterations and additions to Marley House, South Brent, Devon. Nuns' Block', all dated 1925;

- File of correspondence from Wakeham Brothers Limited (builders and contractors) regarding construction in South Brent, 1925-1929; and letters from and to Tozers Solicitors, A.C. Loveys & Son, and Chudleigh Parish Council regarding land in Chudleigh to be used for allotments, 1918-1929;
