- File of papers (1902-1955) relating to construction and development at Syon Abbey in Chudleigh and South Brent, including correspondence and estimates relating to the building of a wash house, road surfacing, and roofing;
- File of correspondence (1912-1937) relating to general repairs and construction at Syon Abbey in Chudleigh and South Brent;
- Four booklets entitled 'Estimate No. 2. for Alterations and Additions to Marley House, South Brent, Devon' and four booklets entitled 'Estimate No. 3. for Alterations and additions to Marley House, South Brent, Devon. Nuns' Block', all dated 1925;
- File of correspondence from Wakeham Brothers Limited (builders and contractors) regarding construction in South Brent, 1925-1929; and letters from and to Tozers Solicitors, A.C. Loveys & Son, and Chudleigh Parish Council regarding land in Chudleigh to be used for allotments, 1918-1929;
