| AdminHistory | Bill Douglas' 'Trilogy' films were released individually in 1972 ('My Childhood'), 1973 ('My Ain Folk') and 1978 ('My Way Home'), before being released as the complete set in 1979. The films opened to critical acclaim and were featured at film festivals around the world. The 'Trilogy' was first distributed for home entertainment on VHS in 1992. The BFI re-released the 'Trilogy' in 2008 on DVD and in 2014 on Blu-ray. Internationally the film has also been re-released, notably in France in 2013 where distribution was accompanied by several screenings. |
