['Mea Culpa' and 'Hylas' were intended as libretti to be set by Benjamin Britten, though this was never completed, 'Amo Ergo Sum' was created by Duncan and Britten for the wedding of George Harewood and Marion Stein on 29th September 1949, and 'Do not cling to me thus' was a cantata designed to be performed in St Albans Cathedral.]
