| AdminHistory | Ann Thomas (born Myfanwy Thomas) [1910-2005], was a secretary, teacher and writer. The daughter of poet Edward Thomas, she was the inaugural president of the Edward Thomas Fellowship. Thomas wrote a memoir, 'One of These Fine Days', as well as prefaces and introductions for collections of her father's writing, including 'Letters to Helen' and 'The Ship of Swallows'. She worked as a secretary to Henry Williamson, who became her lover and fathered her daughter Rosemary. Thomas later worked as a teacher for 21 years. |
