Powys discusses how he presents himself in his writing and references a number of books and authors: Benvenuto Cellini, James Boswell's 'Life of Johnson' Lao Tzu, Judge Woolsey (half brother of Gamel Woolsey) and James Joyce's 'Ulysses'. Powys notes that his book will be titled 'Autobiography', specifically with 'not any "my"' in the title. |
