| AdminHistory | Thomas Lambell Garland was born on 09 January 1893 in St Germans, Cornwall. He attended St Luke's College and leter served in the Army in the First World War. He taught the scholarship class at Victoria Road School in Plymouth, during which time 769 pupils went on to grammar schools. He died in 1960. |
