i) Presentation of the Congratulatory Address from the City of Exeter (on being awarded full university status), Dec 1955 University officials present in photograph are J W Cook (Vice-Chancellor) and Roderick Ross (Secretary).
ii) Vice-Chancellor David Harrison with Alderman Walter (W G) Daw, Mayor of Exeter three times and longest-serving member of Council. [1980s-1990s]
iii) Vice-Chancellor David Harrison with Chester Long (Exeter City Council), Diana Bess (Mayor), Mr Bess and Bernard Frowd (Exeter City Council Chief Executive). The Mayor is presenting the appeal cheque. [1980s-1990s]
