- 'Exeter - University and City: A study of the economic and social interactions caused by University growth' (prepared by F.M.M. Lewes and Anne Kirkness for the University of Exeter, 1973)

- 'Saint Luke's College 1839-1978' (by J.G. Priestley, R. Jennison, and C.R. Tattersfield, 1978). Includes an inserted print-out of a map of the St Leonards Conservation Area Appraisal Boundary Alterations', dated 29 January 2008.

- photographic materials, including: one file of assorted black and white photographs of Streatham Campus, including aerial views, campus views, ponds, construction work, Reed Hall, the Northcott Theatre, Lower Hoopern Valley, Northcote House, Devonshire House, the outdoor swimming pool, and Thomas Hall (1973-1977); eight colour prints, mainly of flower beds at Reed Hall, but also including the [University Grounds] entry for the Devon County Show in 1970 (1970-1991; two sets of negatives on plastic film of Lafrowda, Cornwall House, and the construction of the Amory building (c 1970s, FRAGILE); and a large number of negative strips mostly labelled for 'Mr Abbott' of Lafrowda and the Lafrowda ponds, the swimming pool, the Hoopern Valley, and buildings, including Washington Singer and Amory (1973-1976). While most prints have no annotations, a small number have annotations on the reverse, including notes of the names 'Mr Abbott, Clerk of Works' and 'Iain Park'. Negatives are labelled and mostly dated.
