AdminHistory'Comrades' was released on DVD in 2009, the first time it was available for home viewing since the limited 1989 VHS release. It was re-released with several special features, including the Sean Martin and Louise Milne documentary 'Lanterna Magika'. The film was released by UFO in France in 2013, alongside the BFI's Blu-ray edition of the film.
