Letters from Irene Shubik at Iris Productions (for Armchair Theatre' and Peter Wildeblood at Granada TV in 1962-3 to agent Margaret Hamilton rejecting 'A Man's Life', due to its subject matter, but praising Douglas's talent. Rejection letters in 1965 from ATV and Scottish TV to Margaret Hamilton for Douglas's script 'House of Mammon'; copy of a three page extract of 'House of Mammon'.

Correspondence to and from, Jane Cousins (Granada), Jay Landesman, Gerry Harrison regarding Eddie Lindon project (1980), including an outline for a television film by Gerry Harrison; misc production materialsincluding treatment relating to Fine Young Cannibals 'Love for Sale' music video, which was to have been made by Douglas in 1990 for the 'Red, Hot and Blue' album of Cole Porter songs to raise money for AIDS Research. Douglas was too ill with cancer to film this but some pre-production took place.

Notes by Peter Jewell and correspondence on the ideas Bill Douglas had had for a fourth film about his life based on his time working with Joan Littlewood's Theatre Workshop. Note entitled 'My Best Friend'.
