TitleUnsorted literary material
Creator NameRowse; Alfred Leslie; 1903-1997; historian, poet, diarist, biographer and critic
DescriptionThere is a great deal of material in this section to be sorted. Some might need to be relocated to MS 113/1/1/1 if it relates to published monographs. The existing list for this section (see below) was based on a temporary arrangement devised at the time of deposit at the University Library and in use at the time that Richard Ollard wrote Rowse's biography. A few boxes have been listed in detail.

For a fuller description of the numbered boxes (not not those which have a designated letter rather than a number), readers should consult the rough handlist of the old box references compiled by Richard Ollard (ask the Archivist). Readers should also note that items have been removed from some of these boxes in the process of being placed and listed as parts of other sequences within the wider Rowse collection eg published monographs (MS 113/1/1) or correspondence (MS 113/3/1).
