Dedicated for Julian Bream , Edinburgh International Festival 1964 and dated May-July 1964. Signed and dated by Ronald Duncan on the front page. A Rebel Press label reading '17' is affixed to the front. This piece was first performed at Leith Town Hall 20th August 1964 as part of Edinburgh International Festival. |
