AdminHistoryFrederic Prokosch [1906-1989] was an American author, poet, critic and translator. He graduated from Haverford College in 1925, and received a Ph.D in English from Yale University in 1932. He worked as an attaché at the American Legation in Sweden during the Second World War, and spent most of his life in Europe. His publications include 'The Aisiatics', 'The Seven Who Fled', 'Under the Winter Moon', 'The Dark Dancer', and 'Voices: A Memoir'.
