With references to enslaved people on the plantation. Includes a seal. Fragile and stained.

2 Folded parchment document entitled 'Reconveyance of the Mountain Hindmost Sugar Plantation in the island of Jamaica', consisting of an indenture between Edward Gregory Morant Gale Esquire and John Morant Esquire, dated 31 Aug 1838. Including seals. Fragile.

3 Bound document entitled 'Counterpart Lease of The Mount Hindhurst Estate in the island of Jamaica, consisting of an indenture between E. J. Morant Gale Esquire and William Harty Esquire, dated 25 August 1887. Includes seal.
