TitlePapers relating to poetry collection 'Fugitives: some uncollected poems'
Creator NameCausley; Charles; 1917-2003; author, teacher and broadcaster
DescriptionIt is not thought that 'Fugitives' (also called '12 uncollected poems') was formally published, although it seems to have been commissioned as part of a Personal Anthology Project commissioned by White Rose Educational Resources. Causley was in correspondence with the Swansea-based editor in 1967 to discuss the content. The pack was illustrated by Barbara Hepworth and published c 1971.

Some of the poems selected were published elsewhere (eg in 'Underneath the water' and 'New poems' in 'Collected poems, 1975) or in magazines and newspapers.

All of the materials in this section were found together in the archive and have therefore been retained as a unit of description.
