| Description | Correspondence, 1962, mainly concerning Christie's new novel 'The Mirror Crack'd and her screenplay for Dicken's 'Bleak House' as a mystery story. A problem with the use of German measles in the plot of the novel is discussed and Christie comments on the use of 'doom' and 'curse'. Includes routine correspondence on tax, estate duty, royalties and publishing rights. File also includes travel arrangements for the Beyreuth Music Festival, fan mail, requests for interviews and protracted efforts to track down maple sugar for Christie.
