  <dc:description>This collection comprises maps and plans of various buildings of the University of Exeter and its predecessor institutions, including the Exeter Diocesan Training College, St Luke's College, the Royal Albert Memorial College and the University College of the South West of England. The earliest dated plans of the Exeter Diocesan Training College date to 1897, but some undated plans may have been created as early as 1854. 40 plans are undated, and five untitled plans are yet to be identified. 

Identified plans include:
- 43 plans of the Exeter Diocesan Training College (c. 1890s-1930)
- 48 plans of St Luke's College (c. 1930s-1950s), including 'blitzed' buildings repaired after the bombings in the Second World War during the Exeter Blitz and a design for the St Luke's emblem
- 9 plans of Duryard House [halls of residence] (c. 1924-1925)
- 4 plans of the Royal Albert Memorial College on Gandy Street (c 1909) [this building today houses the Exeter Phoenix]
- 2 plans of the Sports Pavillion at the University College of the South West (1953)
- 2 plans of Mardon Hall [halls of residence] (1911-1931)
- 9 plans of the Villa on St German's Estate [halls of residence] (n.d.)
- 1 plan of Cumbre (n.d.)
- 2 plans of extensions to Hope Hall [halls of residence] (1927)
- 2 plans of a Visual Education Centre at the University College of the South West (1948)
- 2 maps of Streatham Campus (c 1944)

Also includes:
- 3 plans of a proposed house on Maidenhead Road in Stratford-upon-Avon
