Finance Committee Minutes Records of the Northcott Theatre Finance Committee; comprising the agenda, supporting documents and minutes issued for the meetings of the committee in its various iterations. The committee minutes and accompanying documents generally include information relating to box office analysis, accounts, proposed development plans, seat prices, policy documents, and business with the Arts Council and other funding bodies. From 1970-1974 reports from the Northcott Youth Theatre are regularly included as an addendum, and in 1976 the reports of the Liason Committee with Exeter University are also included. Two sets of minutes appear to have been retained by the Northcott, with one set being kept at the theatre and another at Emmanual Hall. Both sets are incomplete and there are minor differences between the sets, including some annotation. Please note that minutes from the Board of Management often include reports and accompanying documents from the Finance Committee and can be used to fill in some of the gaps, particularly as these minutes run up to 2005.
