  <dc:title>Minutes of the Council</dc:title>
<dc:description>Notebooks recording discussions held and decisions made by the abbess and the Council relating to a wide range of administrative issues, including admissions, elections, appointments, constitutions, duties, the estate and much more.

The abbess regularly summoned the Council to obtain its consent and advice on a wide range of matters. The Council consisted of approximately six sisters, of which the prioress and the procuratrix were automatic members. Members of the Council were re-elected once every two years. One member was chosen by the abbess and three members were elected by the Chapter.</dc:description>
