  <dc:description>Presumably used by the chantress for the divine service. Manuscript rota dated 1777, when the community was still living in Lisbon, assigning the initials of sisters to the duties of: 'Domitress', 'Rectors', 'Versiculars', 'Readers' and 'Servitors'. On the reverse is a manuscript list of the 'Signs of the Bells' for each sister 'given them in chapter by the abbess on the day that they are taken out of silence'.</dc:description>
