- Papers relating to the cost and income from lease of property in Chudleigh, 1890-1909; poor rate details for Buddle Bridge and Syon Abbey, and Inner Bell Field in Chudleigh [no date]; and income tax details for Syon Abbey and Buddle Bridge and Part of New House Farm in Chudleigh, 1925;

- File of mixed papers (1917-1932) comprising a draft declaration of income tax on Chudleigh property; a floor plan of Syon Abbey; plans of the Marley estate; papers relating to conveyances; and notes for a return sent to the Newton District War Agricultural Committee. Also includes invoices for investment stocks and blinds;

- Correspondence (1925-1938. 1941-1942) with the land agents Michelmore, Loveys &amp; Sons;

- Correspondence (1934-1948) with various correspondents, including the land agents Michelmore, Loveys &amp; Sons, relating to a variety of matters concerning land and property;

- Notebook containing notes on land owned, sold and leased by the community between 1941 and 1954. Also includes a list of investments. At the back of the notebook are notes on Syon's history entitled 'The beginning of the Bridgettine Convent of Our Lady of the Conception, Marvilla. Lisbon' [in Abbess Mary Teresa Jocelyn's hand? Historical notes made at an earlier time; property notes more recent];
 
- Correspondence (1939-1943) with Devon County Council, the Ministry of Food, Devon County War Agricultural Executive Committee, the War Department, and Minimax Limited, relating to the construction of a footbridge, the use of land during the Second World War, and testing fire extinguishers. 

- Correspondence (1954) with the land agents Michelmore, Loveys &amp; Sons.

- Press clippings and brochures (c 1961-2002) relating to Marley House, South Brent. Includes two photocopies of articles relating to the centenary of the community's return to England, celebrated in 1961. 

- Mixed correspondence (1966-1974) relating to St Katherine's Bungalow at Syon Abbey; St Bridget's Lodge at Syon Abbey; the development of the London-Penzance trunk road A38 and related problems with trees at South Brent; and allotment land at Chudleigh.

- Invoices and correspondence (1995-1998) with the land agents Michelmore, Loveys &amp; Sons regarding land in Chudleigh; South Hams District Council regarding tenants; and BT [British Telecommunications]; SWEB [South Western Electricity Board]; South West Water Services; and Bradbury Water Services regarding utilities.
