It includes: - Papers relating to the cost and income from lease of property in Chudleigh, 1890-1909; poor rate details for Buddle Bridge and Syon Abbey, and Inner Bell Field in Chudleigh [no date]; and income tax details for Syon Abbey and Buddle Bridge and Part of New House Farm in Chudleigh, 1925; - File of mixed papers (1917-1932) comprising a draft declaration of income tax on Chudleigh property; a floor plan of Syon Abbey; plans of the Marley estate; papers relating to conveyances; and notes for a return sent to the Newton District War Agricultural Committee.
