Writing Album of Nelly Roberts A writing album, also known as an autograph album, which was formerly owned by Nelly Roberts from Blaengarw in the county borough of Bridgend, Wales. The album contains more than 60 manuscript contributions, the majority by women, including well wishes for the future, quotations, poetry, and illustrations. Many of the contributors have noted their names and addresses, including at least 12 students of the Royal Albert Memorial College. Many other contributors are from the Bridgend area of Wales, indicating that they are likely to be family members, friends from school, and acquaintances from the community.
