  <dc:title>Guild officer regalia</dc:title>
<dc:description>Comprising one pendant bearing the coat of arms and the words 'Exeter University College', and two ceremonial ribbons: one attached to a shield-shaped pendant bearing the University's coat of arms and engraved with the words 'Exeter University Guild of Students Vice President', and another with two chains attached. The separate pendant is likely to date to before 1955, when the institution was known as the University College of the South West of England. The pendant attached to the ribbon is likely to date to after 1955. Together, the items appear to relate to Guild officer ceremonial dress.</dc:description>
