iii) Vice-Chancellor David Harrison with Chester Long (Exeter City Council), Diana Bess (Mayor), Mr Bess and Bernard Frowd (Exeter City Council Chief Executive). The Mayor is presenting the appeal cheque. [1980s-1990s]
