There is correspondence between James MacKay, Simon Goldberg at Simons Muirhead and Burton Solicitors, Clifff Fluet at Warner Music and Debbie Brice at WEA Records about the renewal of the licence for the use of the films which included 'The Queen is Dead', 'Panic', 'There is a Light that Never Goes Out' and 'Ask'. This is accompanied by an invoice to WEA Records for a licence fee for the film clips and a draft agreement between Basilisk and Warner Music UK ltd over the use of the clips which includes some hand written notes [presumably by MacKay].
The file also contains some correspondence between Basilisk and Electronic Pictures about bank statements for 'The Queen is Dead' as well as a copy of the cover to 'The Smiths: The Complete Pictures'.
