In addition to two letters from Edmonds to Wilkinson, dated 17 February 1958 and 17 March 1958, thirteen pages of handwritten notes by Wilkinson including extracts from books by Claudius J. Rich, four pages of notes on Muhammed Pasha of Rawanduz and bibliographical sources on Kurdistan typed by Wilkinson on thin, fragile paper, an offprint of Peter Galloway's article 'The Oxford Expedition to Iraqi Kurdistan, 1956' (possibly from an Oxford University publication) and offprints of three essays by C.J. Edmonds: 'The Kurds of Iraq', (Middle East Journal, 1957), 'Shar Bazhêr and the Basin of the Qalachuwalan', (Geographical Journal, 1957) and 'The Place of the Kurds in the Middle Eastern Scene', (Royal Central Asian Society journal, 1958).
