Admin HistoryJulia Neville joined the NHS in the mid-1970s and worked both as a manager and in strategic planning roles. At the time of writing (2006) she is employed as an NHS manager with the South West Peninsula Strategic Health Authority. She is currently working on a research programme which deals with 'Explaining Variations in Municipal General Hospital Provision in the 1930s'.
