| Description | Diaries recording daily life at Syon Abbey, including entries relating to the sisters, worship, the estate, special events, current affairs, visitors to the Abbey, and the weather. The diaries vary in detail and format, and many have loose letters, photographs and other papers inserted throughout, which do not always correspond to the same year as the diary.
