- Large notebook entitled 'Estatement of the Tenants and Rents of different houses which Sion House possesses in Lisbon in 1830 and 1836'. Also includes loose papers dated 1861-1877;
- Indenture of lease for two closes of pasture land called Heathfield Lake in the parish of Chudleigh, Devon, between the Lady Abbess to Mr John M Hall, dated 1892;
- Correspondence and papers from the land agents Michelmore, Loveys & Sons regarding the lease and sale of land in South Brent (1925-1948);
- Memorandum of agreement regarding St Bridget's Lodge, Totnes Road, Rattery between the Right Reverend the Lady Abbess and community of Syon Abbey to Mrs Ethelreda Davis, dated 1928;
- Memorandum of agreement regarding St Bridget's Lodge, Totnes Road, Rattery from the trustees of the community of Syon Abbey to William Sedgwick, Esquire, dated 1937;
- Three tenancy agreements for the Higher and Lower Tunnel Fields, Rattery, South Brent, Devon, between the community of Syon Abbey and Richard Treeby, dated 1942-1945;
- Tenancy agreement for the tenancy of St Joseph's Lodge, Marley, South Brent, between the trustees of the Community of Syon Abbey and Frederick Ronald Whitfield and Glenora Joan Whitfield. Also includes correspondence regarding the termination of tenancy in 1947. Dated 1945-1947;
- Correspondence with the land agents Michelmore, Loveys & Sons regarding the lease of Marley lands in South Brent to Mr Treeby, dated 1941-1942;
- Notice to Richard Treeby to quit and deliver up farm lands known as 'Higher and Lower Tunnel Fields' in Marley, Rattery, dated 1948;
- Copy lease of St Bridget's Lodge between the trustees of Syon Abbey and F. Quoroll Esq., dated 1966. |
