Description | Comprising papers relating to Common Ground's project 'Cox's Orange Pippin & Colnbrook' to replant an orchard close to the place where Richard Cox lived to awaken interest in and build knowledge the Cox's Orange Pippin and its links with Colnbrook. The project also involved commissioning the creation of seats in the orchard by Richard Farrington. This file includes project planning papers, including a proposal and sketches of the orchard; correspondence; papers concerning the creation of the orchard, including papers relating to budget and funding; notes, including manuscript project planning notes by Sue Clifford (Co-Founder and Joint Coordinator of Common Ground); papers relating to the commissioning and creation of the seats by Richard Farrington; information leaflets; a 'Report for the Colne Valley Groundwork Trust Commissioned by Southern Arts Researched & Written by Nicola Kennedy'; and papers and publications relating to the Colne Valley and the Groundwork Trust.
