Admin HistorySet in a time when giants roamed the countryside, this a story in the tradition of Hans Christian Andersen and The Brothers Grimm. It is the story of King Horace who needed a new crown and who's palace needs redecorating and who's people are complaining. He invites the two friendly giants Trelumpkin and Trebumpkin to his Birthday party and although well meaning with their sheer size they unknowingly terrorise the kingdom of Polmeneor.

Problems have to be solved and the help of the audience is required to get Polmeneor back on its feet.

The play was devised for 5-7 age group and toured Cornwall between 28th of October- 29th of November 1985
Costumes included cheese grater, tin trays and colanders as armour. This play seems to have been performed to School Children alongside the Legend of Jan Tregeagle. Devised as a learning medium in consultation with teachers.
