| Description | Following the Cornish Guardian project of 2015-16, the sailor in this image was identified as being George Keast. Mr Keast lived at Bodinnick and worked as a boat builder for 20 years and was also skipper and boat man for Frederick Browning who was the Husband of Daphne Du Maurier. Mr Keast died in 1972 at the aged 56. A futher response to the publication of this image suggested that the man pictured was Bill Barbery. Mr Keast is also pictured in ICS12/55. |
