Title
'Brother John'
Description
Excercise book in which the first piece is entitled 'Broder Jowan' is in the Cornish language. It is followed by the beginning of a story about John Treneer which remians unfinished in mid sentence and turns to a piece called 'The Inquests'. This is written phonetically copying the local dialect and appears to relate to ICS9/C/9. Includes the stories of Billy Treneer and Mary Phillips. The final piece is again in Cornish and consists of one page of verse.
Admin History
Written inside a school excercise book which may suggest it was created during his time as Headmaster.
